The year is speeding to an end and most of us are looking forward to some well-deserved rest. Please take note that Ultimate Linux Solutions will be closing at 12:00 on December the 14th, we will re-open on January the 7th. A technician will be on standby during this time to assist with urgent queries. In order to help make the process as smooth as possible for everyone, especially in terms of telephone messages, please see below.
We will not actively monitor the support and/or accounting queues, thus if you do send us an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org – please do not expect an immediate resolution. If a query is urgent, please phone the office number (0873513298) and select the option to be forwarded to the standby technician. Please note that there may be a longer than usual delay in processing requests.
With respect to festive season messages on telephone systems – please contact us well in advance to make arrangements for assistance so that you can avoid the last-hour rush (we will prioritise requests in the order they arrive, and any requests that we cannot complete before 12:00 on December the 14th will stand-over until Monday and count towards after-hours support). We will assist with any messages that needs to be loaded after the 14th as per our normal agreements – permitting that arrangements are made before the 14th.
